Care Kleen Cleanse Starts Monday 03-17-14 JOIN US!
Yes most everyone should have their Care Kleen Colon and Intestinal Cleanse Product By Now. May be 2 left over that didn't get in or out till late will have it Monday so they can start right along! I know people who spend $6 at Mcdonalds for Breakfast Shovel on $8 for Lunch at another Drive Thru Fast Food joint or Taco Shop. Finish it off that night with a $15 to $30 each meal out for 2 or $25 in takeout! All the while Dumping $5 to $8 a day into 7-11 for chips candy and drinks. Seriously A Lot of folks spend $30 to $50 a day to eat and then wonder why they have no money
Seriously Start a Jar or something and hold aside ALL the money you save by eating healthy and BUY STOCK in LVVV FITX if your research likes those or something you like Just SAVE and Invest
When you Spend $8 to $13 a Pound to Grill steak its No Big Deal but when You have to pay $5.25 a pound for 99% Lean Ground Turkey VS $1.89 a Pound Burger meat OMG END OF THE WORLD..LOL
Come on You passed Math Get over it and make the choice its ALL Personal it is ALL on You for YEARS I have Sat around and Fought Myself using all the will power I could Muster. Now It is not really any easier it is HARD day to day But that's PERSONAL there in no excuse except for I get Lazy or Weak and fail.
To to Sum it up Stop making Excuses.. Perhaps the worst part that makes it SEEM expensive is Buying Stuff you Dont want while looking at the stuff you do want.

Eating Fast Food and Cafes is Never Healthy!
Even if you found that 1 place that serves up Healthy stuff... Still You will dent your Pocket! The Single best choice you can make is to NOT EAT OUT!! Eating out KILLS Your health You cannot know what is in it or how much of it and They NEVER use the Prime meat. A turkey Burger at Appelbees is one of the Worst things on the menu in Caloric intake! They Do NOT use the Prime Turkey meat they use 93% or 85% NOT 99% lean Breast!. Plus the same meal that costs $13 with tip out costs you about $1.35 to make... BAMMO You save $11+ ;-) | |
Learning to Shop is KEY!
Seriously Learning how to shop is VERY Key. The way you shop HAS to change you HAVE to read the labels you HAVE to plan meals. Planning meals is VERY Important as you get moving in your new way of eating you will notice you actually may start Craving good things. Knowing how much Fat or Carbs or Sodium your food has will possibly come as a shock to you. I will be making a few videos on How to Read Nutritional Labels. But once you know you can cross that item off you mind's list I mean there will be things that are Obvious.
Candy is OUT... Eat a Piece of Fruit or Sugar Free Jello!
Chips are OUT.. Eat a Piece of Roman Mean Whole Grain Bread
Cereal is OUT....Eat Oatmeal
Steak is OUT ...Eat 99% Turkey, Chicken & Fish
Deli Meats are OUT... Eat REAL Meat 99%
Shopping means actually LOOKING at what your buying. Reading the Nutritional Facts and Making A Educated Choice. As you get better and better at this like I say you will not even need to look. You just Know after awhile... One of the Best things you can do is STUDY Read and Watch YouTube Videos etc GOOGLE things. If you want to be healthy then make sure and read some of other peoples input. It can only help.
How you spend you personal time Plays a HUGE part in this instead of watching Sitcoms or Sports Try Researching your Food Learning new ways to Exercise... Heck HIT THE GYM and take a steam and do some cardio! There is SO much that we miss out on once we get in our "Groove" However remember that "Groove" is why you need to make changes.
You should be able to get the jist of it all... Really this is VERY easy once you rope YOU into it... That is all that can ever hold you back....Is YOU!

| Try it You'll like it??I have had people tell me I HATE Apples?? There is honestly NO WAY that you have tried every apple.. there are 100 variants Every one Tastes different Sour Sweet etc. Try some different Apples I did Not like them wither Now I LOVE a Honey Crisp Apple and there are other ones I buy when those are out of season. Search Find what you like this means trying New things if you can. |
Supplements and VitaminsI am a HUGE Believer in Vitamins and Herbal Supplements. A Multi Vitamin is AWESOME to take and one thing you MAY or MAY NOT be able to handle is Caffeine. Caffeine is Important in what i do and I eat it throughout the day in amounts that make me Stay Going. It is Important if you use Energy supplements to take them at the right time of day and NOT with food unless you are overly sensitive. Research and Decide what Supplements are Right for you. | |
